Our onboarding begins with one Orientation Session, where you’ll learn how to navigate the system, identify the global search and the Help Center, and designate a Champion in your print shop. Following this, you’ll participate in three Customer Success Sessions. The first session focuses on configuring basic communications, understanding the customer view, and utilizing the chatter feature. The second session covers billing automation, proofs, and reports configuration. The final session teaches you how to manage both prospects and actual customers.
